The shearing machine equipment in the current market is trending towards CNC, and our understanding and understanding of it should continue to deepen, so that we can have a comprehensive understanding of this product in the future. So next, we will carry out and carry out this work, mainly to explain some technical requirements for blade disassembly on its machine tool. There is not much difference in size and specifications between CNC and hydraulic tools on the blade, and the difference in machine tools is not closely related to the blade
First, let's talk about the disassembly method of the hydraulic shearing machine blade:
1. Start the hydraulic shearing machine, adjust the shearing angle to 1, 0 °, and adjust the blade gap to the maximum value of 0, 48mm;
2. After running the hydraulic cutting machine tool holder up and down for several rounds, turn off the machine tool and disconnect the main power supply of the hydraulic cutting machine;
3. Remove the protective fence, pressure cylinder (pay attention to hydraulic oil overflow), and knife seat cover plate of the hydraulic shearing machine;
4. First, remove the lower blade of the hydraulic shearing machine: Loosen all installation screws of the lower blade, and use a long wooden block to forcefully support the lower blade at the back of the machine tool to prevent it from overturning or sliding backwards. Remove the screws on the lower blade, and then extract the lower blade from the side of the hydraulic shearing machine;
5. Dismantle the upper blade of the hydraulic shearing machine again: Loosen all installation screws of the upper blade, insert two suitable wooden blocks between the workbench and the upper blade, and firmly press the upper blade. Remove the screws on the upper blade, and slowly loosen the wooden blocks inserted. At the same time, extract the upper blade from the side of the hydraulic shearing machine.
