Recently, Shangao Tools has launched a brand new QC modular tool bar, which will help manufacturers significantly improve processing efficiency on walking machine tools. This system allows users to quickly and conveniently rotate and replace blades outside the machine tool. In addition, the QC cutter bar also uses Yamagata Jetstream Tooling ®  Feiliu and Jetstream Tooling ®  Duo dual flow technology achieves optimal chip control, high-quality surface finish, and longer tool life.

For ease of use, the Shangao QC modular tool holder allows users to quickly disassemble, rotate, and reassemble the tool head and blade as a component. In addition, manufacturers can also replace the combination of cutting heads and blades to achieve higher efficiency. The QC cutter head also adopts a hard alloy pin groove design to achieve precise, consistent, and safe blade installation and indexing.

Shangao Jetstream Tooling ®  The flying tool technology can accurately guide high-pressure coolant to the cutting area through QC tool holders. Shangao Jetstream Tooling ®  Duo dual flow cutting tools have multiple selectable cutting heads, and a second coolant outlet is added to the rear cutting surface. If necessary, the second coolant outlet can be closed for wider processing.

The new QC tool holder includes tool heads for general ISO turning, MDT, thread processing, and cutting processing, and offers tool holders of the following sizes: 1010 mm, 1212 mm, and 1616 mm (metric dimensions), as well as 0375 inch, 050 inch, and 0635 inch (inch dimensions).
