1. When tightening the flying knife and bottom knife, it is necessary to use a torque wrench and torque booster that can tighten according to the regular torque value.

2. The flying blade bolts and bottom blade bolts of the chipping machine are specially made high-strength bolts (with symbols on the bolt head). They must not be replaced with regular bolts to prevent problems, and they must not be replaced with regular bolts to prevent problems. The service life of high-strength bolts is one year, and after one year of use, it is necessary to replace all of them.

3. It is necessary to replace the flying knives in a complete set. When grinding, the grinding amount of the two flying knives should be the same, ensuring that each set of flying knives has a common component and that each set of flying knives has a common component to avoid machine oscillation.

4. It is necessary to add coolant when grinding the flying knife and bottom blade to prevent overheating, burning, or curling of the blade, in order to ensure the wear resistance of the blade.

5. Flying knives are usually sharpened once every 1-2 shifts. 6. The adjustment scale of the flying knife is fixed and cannot be changed. If the gap between the flying knife and the bottom knife does not meet the requirements of the rules, only the bottom knife scale is allowed to be adjusted.
